Our employees are our benefit. To sustain this fact in the future, we train Industrial Clerks and Mechanotrician.

At the moment we train seven young women and men as industrial clerks.

Duration of training: 3 ½ years

Industrial clerks learn commercial and economically exercises while they are running through the divisions materials logistics, sales, marketing, human resources and accounting. At ADAPT Elektronik GmbH it´s important to process technical interest, because in our production-related departments, as process planning, manufacturing control and quality management, our trainees are instructed technically oriented. For a better connection between theory and practical application, we also shTo connect theory with practical application better it´s a phase in our production during the training programm schedule a phase in our production department for our trainees.

Our special strength is that our trainees can prove and improve thir competence and engagement again and again by projects, they have to accomplish.

 Mechanotricians assemblemechanical, electrical and electronical components to complex systems, install control software and maintain the systems.
